We are based in Sandwich, Kent, United Kingdom and supply womens and mens boots, shoes, trainers and accessories worldwide at great prices, delivered with impeccable service.

We promise top quality, great value and world class service.

We commit to dispatch goods the same or next working day.

Our standard UK delivery service is a two to three working day service from the day of dispatch. A next day special delivery service is also available for our UK customers. Please see the individual item for the cost of these services.

Service Guarantee / Returns Policy

We uphold the highest levels of customer service

If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, please email us immediately.
We will do all we can to resolve your query to your satisfaction.

Whenever a severe postal delay or loss is experienced, we do all we can to resolve the matter on your behalf.

We run a full, no-quibble returns policy.

That means we replace or refund for ANY reason in the unlikely event that you may be dissatisfied.

Return the item within 7 days of delivery, in an unused state, in the original packaging for a replacement or full refund of the item cost. Please enclose a note indicating your name and address, the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange.  Our returns address is Eshoe, 14 Crystal Business Centre, Sandwich, Kent, CT13 9QX.

Where goods are not faulty, the buyer must pay for return postage. If replacements are required, the buyer also funds the postage of the replacements

In the unlikely event of faulty goods or damage in transit, eShoe will bear all postage costs.
