Return the item within 7 days of delivery, in an unused state, in the original packaging for a replacement or full refund of the item cost. Please enclose a note indicating your name and address, the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange.
Where goods are not faulty, the buyer must pay for return postage. If replacements are required, the buyer also funds the postage of the replacements
In the unlikely event of faulty goods or damage in transit, eShoe will bear all postage costs.
